the sweet little girl I knew is now gone
She's now grown up and has done what's done
Her innocent smile is now silent and gone
And now, She tells me she just wants to have fun
I didn't notice a drastic change before my eyes
Before I realize, even my own eyes can tell lies
I asked her, are you still, the one I once knew
But her look gave me the answer, a look certainly new
She had a piercing in her belly button
Piercing in her ears, comes by the ton
She now seeks of leaving home
And just forget the past she's known
I have neglected her, guided her never
Now was too late, she have herself to look after
And I have my self and a life that came after
There were no ties anymore to recover.
